Programme overview

Designed for experienced professionals, the EMLG blends remote study with intensive residencies. Participants build governance, strategy, and leadership capability while remaining in their organisations. Modules cover institutional design, ethics, negotiation, delivery, and regional integration. Cohort learning and executive coaching are central to the experience.
